At Ladd’s Real Estate and Garrett Homes, we have been creating timeless communities since 1904 and building beautiful, high quality homes since the mid 1960’s. We look forward to continuing this tradition for many, many years to come.
As always, we are committed to keeping our clients and community safe, happy, and healthy. We follow these safety practices to better protect the health of everyone involved:
All model home tours will be held by “appointment only” with a 4 person maximum in the home, including our sales representative.
Face masks and gloves will be required and provided if needed.
6’ social distancing will be maintained.
Our model home will be cleaned and sanitized routinely, and sales representatives will conduct supplemental cleanings after each appointment.
We will turn on all lights and open all interior doors in our model home.
We ask that our visitors refrain from touching all model home surfaces, including doors, cabinets, counters, light switches, and furniture, if at all possible.
Our sales representative will not schedule appointments if she is exhibiting any cold or flu symptoms or has a family member that may be feeling ill.
We ask that our clients do the same, and please cancel an appointment if any member of the group and/or their family members at home are feeling sick. We will certainly reschedule.
