We recently built a new home with Garrett. The over all experience was near perfect, however, we did have wait quite a while until our project got started. But once it did, things went very smoothly. The Real Estate Team was awesome. Susan was our primary contact with the Builder and she did a fantastic job. She was very friendly, knew the business, and represented our interests well in working with the Builder and his Team.

This is the second new home we have built. With any new home build, there are going to be issues. Our first new home build (not with Garrett) was quite awful, so we know how bad things can get. Our experience with Garrett was the opposite. We would definitely recommend Garrett Homes to anyone wishing to build a new home.

We love our new Garrett Home ranch. The company has great options for tile, flooring, granite, and cabinets. My only suggestion would be to have the same excellent options for cabinet hardware, backsplashes, and paint options. Everyone that has visited our new house loves it!!

We are pleased that we picked Garrett for our new house. Builder is very accommodating for changes and upgrades. They go above and beyond to meet your expectations. We were able to change our brick color even after basement was dug. I believe any other builder would refuse to do that. Sales team is very helpful and informative. I found sales team does ground work for every change request before taking it to builder which helps a lot. Our overall experience was great. We would definitely consider Garrett for any housing need in future.

The home we’ve moved into is incredible. The windows are sound proof to outside traffic, the home is well built, and the neighborhood is wonderful. It’s a very serene, very quite place, with beautiful houses. The real estate workers are very kind, and it’s such an easy process with them.

We loved the process of constructing a new home from scratch to finish with Garrett homes. Susan and Annette made it very comfortable, no stress or sleepless night. Susan does a very thorough job of documenting and signing off all agreed changes and the builders honor those commitments. George made it easy for the final closure as well without any pressure. So far, we have enjoyed our new home, of course with some teething issues. We hope the long term quality of construction is going to be good too. This is a wonderful location.
